Ordering the referral list takes a little old-time computer knowledge. Back in the dawn of computers, every letter, every punctuation mark, had a number value. This was referred to as ASCII Code (you can easliy Google the list and associated numbers). In OD lists, certain characters will be listed before others. I have used a leading period, leading colon and leading semi-colon to order this list and make separators for categories of my referrals.
The forms portion that you see was one work around that I was using before the sheets became so versatile.
