There is an option for each statement called 'date range'. If the start date is left blank then it will print all of their history. Just use one of the quick buttons or put in the start date that you want. We usually just use the last 30 days unless we want a certain procedure or payment to show, then we put a different date in.

Hmmm, would like to be able to do this from the statement button on the account page, just tried it but it prints 3 pages worth of stuff. Is there anyway to "set it up" so it defaults to just the current year?

There are buttons in the main Appt module for setting the current date range that's showing. For example, 90 days. Then, when you print a statement, the same date range will be used. Are you saying it's using a different date range for the statement? What version are you using?

Just click on the down arrow on the Statement Button. Select "More Options" then select any date range you want.

No even when we do statements once a month, I get some families with 6+ pages. Also, when we do a walkout for a patient it will have pages if the family has been with us for a while.
Just curious if I didnt set up something correctly

The place to set the date range for statements that you print from the Account module is in the Show tab at the right of the Account module as I said earlier. But for the billing part of the program, the date range is found in a different place. In the Billing Options window, look at the very middle of the screen. Also, try out the Defaults button in that area.
