Hey folks - under the category of, "I didn't know you could do that in OD", if you click on the ENTER TREATMENT Tab (on the chart module), the entry stuff disappears and you have a full page of clinical notes. Cool!

if you click on the ENTER TREATMENT Tab (on the chart module)
Even better, it actually seems to happen if you click on any tab that is already selected.
