Ins Claim Errors

Didn't fix it.

I am getting a problem with lots of people lately, unable to create insurance claims without deleting all the estimates. The two I already fixed had switched insurance and so the dropped plan must have been messing it up, but then it wouldn't let us make a claim for the new ins company b/c it said couldn't send to the same ins company twice, but no claim existed.

My front desk gal says we have like 10 others that are not ins change issues, but can't find a reason for it yet.

Anyone else having any problems?
