Payment Plans w/ guarantor outside the family

I found a glitch that is small and probably infrequent. When a gurantor for a payment plan is outside the family, the payment plans window does not show the paid amount.

Let me give you an example.

Child Jane is listed under Mrs. Jones family with Mrs. Jones being her guarantor.
Mrs. Jones pays half of Jane's bill with a payment plan.....no problem, works fine.

Jane's dad, Mr Smith, is listed at a separate address and account since Jane's parents are divoriced.
Mr Smith also pays half of Jane's bill with a payment plan.
On Mr Smiths account the payment plan works fine.
On Jane's account the payment plan window does not account for any of the payments Mr Smith has paid and shows an overdue balance for the entire amount.
When double clicking on this payment plan, all the payments are there and the principal paid equals the total amount of the loan.

Does this make sense?

It's rare but flips the front office out. It has been like this for a few versions.
