Any limitation in Open Source version?

Hi,

I am Usman from Saudi Arabia. I want to know, is there any limitation / restriction / disabled feature in Open Source version?
I noticed that D Codes are disabled in compiled version. What do you people say about it?

The D Codes are probably disabled because if i recall correctly the codes are copyrighted.

Living in Saudia do you actually use the codes - we here in Pakistan dont and dont have any standards to follow or even any insurance comapies to report to - so the crypographic jungle of American codes left squirming with pain - I simply dived in and created an enitre list of procedure codes for our setup they would be broadly divided into dental specialities like Or for Ortho - S for Surgery - R - for Rootcanals/Endo etc etc - within each subject area we then created an easy to remember nomenclature which was a mixture of alphanumeric characters

if you are planning to use the OpenSource version, and are not limited to the D-codes id just take a little more time and customize / mind you this comment or suggestion comes more with the assumption that you are not dependent on the codes - if you are then please ignore
