One thing I liked about my old PM program

Post by Rickliftig » Thu Jul 23, 2009 9:03 pm

In my old PM, Imtellident, I could color-code patients as they were selected. In the scren shot, you can see that Kevin's name is green and there is a set of tabs on the side that can also be color-coded. Of course, you could set these however, you desired (ie,. Bad account, alternating perio patient, pre-medications req, difficult patient, etc.). I finally am able to post the jpg - it was hard to describe in words.

Where this was really handy was when a patient would call, as their name was selected, the front desk immediately had a clue as to what may be an issue (ie - the balance is overdue). We use pop-ups for that now, bu the colors worked very well.

Also notice the nice little clock sitting in front of you.

Also, note the tabs along the bottom of the screen...when there was data present, the tab would change color to alert you.

And also...

On Intellident's selector screen (which is in the form of a Rolodex file (boy, that's an ancient analogy!)), you can see the patient's last active date and next appointment.

Just realized that this was the embodiment of feature request 709 (needs clarification)

RIP, Good friend.
Now I'm going to be sad for the rest of the day.
Candy is dandy, but sex won't rot your teeth.

Cheers!!!
