Aging Report - Only show negative balances

The "Only show negative balances" option on the aging report is not working for me. If I run the standard report I see one guarantor with a negative balance, but when I run the "only show negative balances" there's no one on the list. I'm on version 6.5.11.

The negative balance could be from an insurance estimate which would mean that it it really not a true negative balance and may not show on the second report.
