How often and when should this report be run? We have yet to run one since we signed up, about 5 months ago.
What is the exact purpose of this report again? Thanks for the help

We charge finance charges on overdue accounts, when you run the finance charge tool it makes you run a new aging report. So we do it once per month when we do our monthly billing.
