Dont' know if anyone has mentioned this before.
But same day entries in the ledger are not necesarily posted in the order they are entered.
For eg.
Today we entered
a claim payment
followed by a group insurance discount
then patient payment
and then the email statement.
They appeared sorted with the newest on the bottom instead of newest on top.
So the email statement to a quick glance..
appears to have been sent prior the insurance or patient payment!
Yes, they have the same date and if anyone calls it can be explained
but it would be easier not to have them call.
(It just seems out of order)
