Insurance co address

We don't use labels and I have letter merge set up for envelopes for patients, how do I set letter merge up for sending a letter to an insurance company and it pulls in the address automatically, or even sending a letter to a specialist? Thanks

When you edit a letter merge you will see threee columns of available fields: the first is patient fields, the second is referral fields the third is entitled 'other' and includes fields called carriername, carrieraddress and carrier city state zip. Use those.

For referral letters, you can do the same thing, or actually use simple letters. Just attach a referral to a patient first in the family module by clicking on the referral field under patient info, attach the referral, then use the letters drop down to use simple letters. Use the letter merge for envelopes and more custom letters.

Labels is easier. Why not use them?
