How to selectively apply insurance substitution codes

Some insurances won't pay for Posterior composites. They pay for amalgam instead. In the procedure code edit window, I can enter the insurance substitution code. But then it will apply that to all the patients for all the insurances. How can I selectively use it since some insurances do pay for Posterior composites. The scenario applies to crown. Thanks for your help.

Problem solved. There is a checkbox on insruance window for "do not substitute code". Thanks.
