I tried to use the feature request module in 5.9. Couldn't get through. I understand this is for paying customers only. From a business standpoint it makes sense: your effort should be focused on their priorities first. However, the other members of the OD community may provide good contribution as well. Is there a way to include us in the voting system? maybe as a separate group so that there is no confusion and you can still put the emphasis on existing customers?
For our part the only reason we have not yet bought our license is because we are spending our PMS budget on a (clumsy) software that has the only must-have feature OD is missing: eclaims (for Canada). I feel like it's a catch 22...
Any thoughts? Anybody else north of the 45th parallel still there or am I the only one left?
