Recalls

Post by Tauqir » Fri Nov 07, 2008 8:33 am

Hi
i wonder if i can get an expalanation of how the recall system works. I have read the manual and still need some further info.

i have set up a new recall type for my child examinations and use the standard one for adults. OD calculates everything fine however in the family module, family members box no date is shown in the recalldue column even though it shows in the recall box.

Also in the recall list when trying to schedule the recall OD says no recall is due.

Does this have something to do with the child prophy recall type? i am not using it and don't really understand how it works.

Thanks for any help.

My version is 6.0.6.0 foreign

Just a guess, but probably no procedure that triggers the recall has been completed. For instance, if a child prophy triggers the recall, and the child has never had a child prophy, then it will not be due. Alos, when you make any changes, you must allow OD to synchronize patients.

Sounds to me like a minor bug. I have added it to our bug tracker.
