Recall window

Post by fishdrzig » Wed Oct 22, 2008 3:20 am

Is the Actual due date always supposed to be the same as the calculated due date? If not, when would it be different?

you can reset the actual date for tracking purposes. Say you call them and leave a message, you can reset the date to a week out and then they won't show up again until then...or the you get permission to contact them again in 2 months, you can reset the date and follow up then. The calculated date keeps track of when they really should have been in.

The actual due date can also get changed when you first start using OD because that's the only way you can set due dates if they don't have completed procedures in OD yet.
