Voicemail/Phones Buttons

In the Family Module section of the User Manual, there are two buttons located on the upper task bar, Voicemail and Phones.
What are these?

Sorry, those were just custom buttons that our office added. Anyone can add shortcuts to files and programs in their toolbar.
