Patient recall address different from billing address

How do you set up an account to be able to send recall cards to a patient at their residence and send billing statements to a separate address. This has become problematic when we have children who live with one parent, and their billing statement is being sent to the other parent at a separate address. (our old computer program used to have a separate place each type of address) Thanks for your help

You have to make the parent who gets the bills the guarantor (by selecting the patient in the family module and then clicking on Set Guarantor). Then make sure this patient has the address were bills should be sent. Then you select the record for the patient you want to send the recall postcard to. Make sure this patient has the address for postcards. You should also make sure that in the Family edit window the box that says "same for entire family" under address is not selected.
