sheets question

Post by murmsk » Fri Sep 12, 2008 10:04 am

A couple of questions about setting up custom sheets

what format can a background image be? jpg? bmp? is there a size restriction ? what is the preferred dpi

what do the size numbers mean? what should the numbers be for a full sheet 8.5/11?

great work

I think the background image can be any common format, including the two you listed. Screen dpi is 96, and printer dpi is 100, so something close to that seems sensible. Larger size will go slightly slower, but no restriction. Because printer dpi is 100, a full sheet of paper would be 850 x 1100 pixels.

i am trying to put a back ground image on a referral slip, but it seems to not be using the custom copy and only using the built in uneditble version....is this a bug or am i doing something wrong?

Should be working. And you assigned a referral slip to the provider, right?

Hi

Once you have customised a sheet and saved it, is it possible to copy the customised sheet and save it under another name?

Doesn't look like it. That could be a request.
