Cancel patient entry bug

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not. From the family module I clicked "Add" to add a new family member to an existing family. I didn't enter anything and clicked "Cancel" on the patient edit window - I expected nothing would be saved. Instead there was a new family member added with a status of "deleted". Even though it had a status of deleted I had to click the Delete button to make it go away.
