All those Dates

Post by articaine » Mon Jul 23, 2007 11:24 pm

I have a queries hopefully someone can shed some light on.

1. In the Chart Module, clicking on one of the Progress Notes, Procedure Info comes up. What difference was intended for 'Date Completed' vs 'Date'?

2. I've noticed that once I complete a procedure, there is no way to see when that procedure was originally treatment planned. Anyway to see this? If a tx plan was completed in May 1st, and treatment was provided on May 15th, but not documented until May 16th, is there a way to show these dates?

3. Any function to run reports on procedures not provided or completed on patients, don't want to IGNORE any production.

4. How does one track lab cases in patients?

Thanks for the insights!

Cheers!

1. Date Completed in your example would be May 16th. Date would be May 15th. This is for legal reasons and auditing.
2. TP date would be a fourth date. We're thinking about it, but for now, you should have saved that TP from May 1st. If you did not, then why not?
3. There are some queries on our website that might be of interest.

2. Never knew about save TP
3. OK got it
4. There is no such button as the website states, and there is not an option of Lab Cases under Lists; tried pasting a screen shot but no can do.

I have version 4.8.18 so those don't have Lab case option, correct?
