Planned treatment not changing colors when completed.

Post by mzrdmd » Mon Aug 11, 2008 7:58 am

This has mostly been with facials on 6 and 11, but now it is doing it on 7 as well. When we treatment plan, the treatment planned procedures show up on the chart in red. When the procedure is set complete, it turns blue or green, depending upon what it is (that's the way I have it set. I should probably get around to changing that some day.....). However, for the facials on 6 and 11, and now on 7, they stay red. They are removed from the treatment plan list, and in the chart notes they turn black, but they are still red on the chart. I have checked through the chart notes to make sure that it hasn't been listed twice in error, but that is not the case.

Any ideas on how to fix this bug ?

Thanks,

Mike

Only think that I can think of is that the procedure is set to wrong color or type in procedure listing. Is in only on these teeth? In other words if this exact procedure code was completed on tooth #4 what happens?

Procedure code edit window. You have set a color override for that code.

Yes, it is only on these 3 teeth. Same procedure code on the other anteriors works normally.

Jordan, I'm not sure what this means.

See the screenshot, left side, 1/3 of the way down. "Color override instead of using status colors".
