Can I Use This Software On My Company Website

Post by ajahan » Thu Jul 24, 2008 6:02 am

Hello all. My question is pretty straight forward I think, I have been in the field for more than 15yrs and wanted to know if I can use this software to help my patients track their dental history and account balance from my website? What I am looking for is a way for my patience to book an appointment online that filters directly into our system, as well as see their account balance and all of their past procedures. However, be able to restrict access to other areas of the system, such as our costs and pricing.

I look forward to any assistance in this area. Cheers

Not yet. That's what we're all moving towards, obviously. But we're not there yet.

There are some 3rd party software companies that are helping to bridge the gap. For example, UAppoint provides a service that lets patients schedule their own appointments. We have not yet built a bridge to UAppoint, but it's high priority. There is additional cost with such a service.
