Yesterday, I was trying to track down a letter that had been written concerning a patient. I did finally find it entered in the Commlog after about 5 or ten minutes.
The reason that I overlooked it was, it was listed on one line - type:sheet note:letter.
Wouldn't it be better to have the 'internal note' attached to the letter show up in the comm log?

In version 6.9, when you create a letter, it saves a description. So it will now say something more interesting than "letter". That's a good idea though, to also show the internal note.
