If you are using Emedeon and recently added another computer, I have Emdeon on the new computer, but it is not able to send out claims electronically.
Also, as a admin- how do I change the passwords? Thanks

If you installed Emdeon/WebMD on that computer you should be able to send claims. What is it doing that is says you can't sent claims? Here is the link to our website for the Setup.exe Step 3 that should be downloaded on that computer if you have not done so.

If you are signed in as admin you should be able to go to Setup > Securities and you double click on the user that you want to change the password for. It will have a button that will let you create or change password.
