I am not sure what changed, but suddenly, placing a recall appt into a hygiene column adds a time unit.
IOW, MAKE RECALL is selected, the appt for PerEx, AP, Xrays is 60 min (6 units) in the clipboard - but when placed into the appt column, a prompt asks for a time change and adds 1 time unit.
PerEx is 10 min, AP is 60 Min, Xrays are all 10 min.
Never used to that before.
What gives?
Changing provider adds a time unit...why?
Re: Changing provider adds a time unit...why?
Are you being prompted to change provider?

The recall appointment is attributed to a different provider than the provider assigned to the operatory. That is why you are being prompted to change.

Is there a way to set up the appointments so that every time we move an appointment we don't get the following prompts: "Move Appointment?" and "Change Provider?"

Not at the moment. Creating preferences for suppressing those prompts would be a very simple feature request (on a global level at least).GarySab wrote:Is there a way to set up the appointments so that every time we move an appointment we don't get the following prompts: "Move Appointment?" and "Change Provider?"

The best thing about a boolean is even if you are wrong, you are only off by a bit.
