Graphing things by month, year, etc

Is it possible to do graphs of things over time?
Ie new patients, production, etc? WOuld be interested to see how things change

I see some nice graphs on dentaltown, but not sure how they are made

The only graphs made by OD are found in Reports/Dashboard. Anything else would have to be made with other software.
