Mobile app should show confirmation status

Post by Hersheydmd » Sun Sep 22, 2013 3:56 pm

The mobile app is a GREAT feature. My staff loves being able to check from home to see what the schedule looks like.
One thing that is missing is the ability to see the confirmation status of the appointments. Would love for my staff to be able to check Monday's patients over the weekend and call anyone who hasn't confirmed.
I suppose this needs to be a Feature Request?

Yes.

On a side note, I think the current enhancement in the queue for the mobile app is to get away from having to constantly "synch" data from a computer running Open Dental. Instead, have direct access to your data instantly.

Would that mean we would be able to see the confirmation status?
I hate to have to go the Feature Request route especially since all 100 of my votes are already tied up.

Haha, no. I was just trying to get you excited about the possibilities of the mobile app in the future. It might not be a big deal from the user standpoint but programmatically it's a dream. Because we would have access to your entire database which makes adding simple features (like confirmation status) far easier, thus greatly increasing the chances of said feature requests being implemented.
