Office fee sch. instead of Ins Est

We had two pts with the same insurance. I created a claim for the first one and in the edit claim window in the procedures table it shows Fee Billed - our office fees and in the Ins Est - the insurance fees. It is all correct.
With the second patient I created a claim and in the edit claim window in the procedures table it shows Fee billed - our office fees and in the Ins Est column it displays our fees again.
What happened? I compared both pts and the only differences I detected is the benefit year, subscriber's name. Nothing that could affect the numbers.
Is it a glitch? How do I troubleshoot?
