I am trying to install 12.1.15 on my winxp pro machine.
It gets to a certain point and I get a message:
"The installer has insufficient privileges to access the directory: c:\program files\MAKEMSI Package Documentation. The installation cannot continue. Log on as administrator or contact your system administrator."
I am the system administrator and I am logged on as an administrator.
Now what?

Re: Install problem
Remember that there's a difference between being logged in as Admin and right clicking to run as Admin. Both are necessary.

Re: Install problem
There is no right clicking to Run as Admin in Windows XP pro. That doesn't appear until Vista or Win 7.
