conditions showing on treatment plan
Jordan...
is this a bug..been wondering for some time and never saw anyone else mention it....
I am charting conditions ( Iknow..I know..you don't like charting conditions but)...When I go to the treatment plan module and select "sign treatment plan".. the graphical picture shows not only my current conditions but many times leaves old conditions that were previously treated showing on the picture. If I charted my condition for caries on the exam date and then at a later date place a restoration why doesn't the new restoration cover the condition color? Did you intend for conditions to show on the graphical picture or is that just a problem with setting up dummy codes for conditions?..is there some easy way you could block conditions codes from showing on the graphical treatment plan?

Re: conditions showing on treatment plan
It's now on our internal todo list to try to verify that behavior one way or the other.

Re: conditions showing on treatment plan
I don't get that behavior.
I had a condition charted last April #18-MO (defective rest). It showed on the graphical chart in BROWN (color I set for conditions).
I just added a tx plan for #18-MO composite. The graphical chart changed to RED.
I then completed the restoration and the graphical chart changed to BLUE.
I didn't delete the original condition entry in the progress notes, but the later entry over wrote the graphical chart.
The latest entry is what shows on the graphical chart, which makes sense.

Re: conditions showing on treatment plan
Which Robert are you asking?..lol
If me..I am on version 12.0.8.0..but I have noticed the behavior for months and wondered why nobody else had commented on it...I have patients with a treatment plan for one tooth and 4 teeth have charted conditons showing on the graphical treatment plan but when you flip back to their actual chart only one condition is showing because the other 3 conditions were already treated in the past...
if you need to see my database just have support contact me...

Re: conditions showing on treatment plan
I guess you're both Robert. We found the issue and are fixing it right now. The problem is only in the TP printing, not in the Chart module. They shouldn't behave differently, so that's what we're fixing.

Dr. Pruce,
Updating to v12.0.9 should help, it contains the fix "When signing treatment plan, the graphical tooth chart looked different than the chart module sometimes."

The best thing about a boolean is even if you are wrong, you are only off by a bit.
