I've tried running a daysheet and even a report over time for my hygienist, but everything comes back as $0.00. I think maybe I am not indicating things as hygiene procedures, and I need to know this number.
When we schedule for her, we check the box that says "is hygiene", and that turns the appointment to her color. Does this not assign that production to her ? If not, how DO I assign that production to her ? Is there a way to go back and change everything at once, or would I have to go back and do every single procedure one by one ?
How can I determine what her collections are ?
Thanks,
Mike

Re: How can I generate a report for hygiene production ?
Thanks, Robert.
I did it, and it came back saying that she has only produced $1300 this YEAR. Something's wrong (I hope !).
When we schedule hygiene appointments, we check the box that says "Is hygiene (use hygiene color)". Is there anything else that we need to be doing in order for OD to track it properly ?
Thanks,
Mike

Look at the provider for each procedure. Pay attention to whether it's automatically assigning to the hygienist. There are a number of setting you would have to check if this wasn't working, including providers and procedurecodes.

Re: How can I generate a report for hygiene production ?
Check in the Edit Procedure Code window for each hygiene procedure and make sure "Is Hygiene Procedure" is checked.
If you do that you shouldn't have to worry about checking it off at every scheduled appt. It should automatically assign the proceudre and the production to the hygienist when you attach the procedure to an appointment that is in the hygienists column.
When you run the report, if you choose Report Type "Daily" it will itemize each patient, so you should be able to pick a few random dates and double check the report to see if reflects the hygienist's actual production.
