Data is not encrypted. You should encrypt your portable hard drive. Progress notes are protected in that nothing is ever truly deleted. All changes are saved. I updated to version 12.1.15.0 and tested Duplex scanning. Scanned two doubled sided pages. Yes it works. But the resulting pdf is more than double the file size compared to scanning with PaperPort. The OD scan resulted in a 4 page 200 dpi, B&W pdf of 197KB. The same scan when done with my PaperPort...

We create an adjustment in the pt's ledger. One for Broken Appt/No Show and one for Cancelled Appt. We set the fee manually each time. I don't think there is a way to save a set fee for the adjustment.

A problem with default procedure notes, is that they don't show up until you mark the procedure complete and click OK. If you want to edit it you have to reopen it and then click OK again. It would make more sense if the default note showed as soon as you created the procedure with a tx plan status....

Input fields in Sheets

PatientFoms have multiple Input Fields available to use. Consent sheets only have one Input Field (ToothNum). Could really use some additional fields, particularly "misc" I used ToothNum in my form, even though the input is not a toothnum. Are there any negative ramifications to doing that? Also, if...
