No, it means that the clearinghouse is set to an electronic X12 format instead of the Canadian format. Just change the "Format" drop down for the corresponding clearinghouse.

It will be at the bottom of the Internal grid in the Sheet Defs window and it will be called "RxMulti". You are most likely not on a high enough version of Open Dental if you aren't seeing it.

It might have to do with the fact that the properties getter expects a database connection (I doubt it). You could try commenting out the contents of the property and simply return true; for testing. Make sure to have all important projects set to compile in your Solutions "Configuration Manager..."...

We have not even started to officially support MySQL 5.6 yet but have several offices using it at their own discretion and have had positive results. Are the replication benefits that you are looking for in 5.7 present in 5.6?

Sounds like the user logged into the computer doesn't have read/write permissions to the Open Dental installation directory. Once they have ample permission they'll be able to manipulate the FreeDentalConfig.xml file within that directory which is where that information is stored and updated.

Could be a bug but we haven't touched the QB code in many moons. On the computer that is giving you this error, go to Setup Accounting and push the Connect button. This button should give a little more details as to what QB is having issues doing.

Sounds like the computer that entered the wireless phone number in the Patient Edit window has their language and region settings on the computer set to the United States. Anyone can send you an HTML email. Typically your patients will not send HTML emails (unless they have a signature or something in HTML) so we do not try and show the HTML email correctly in the chart module, we only show it correctly within the email windows.

I don't see it in my OD v. 15.3.47.0 which I updated to last week. I've never seen it in any version. It would be nice to have it there. That's not all that strange. It looks like your MySQL instance (the non-trial MySQL) is running in STRICT mode and will complain at you if you try to insert data into the database without first specifying "NOT NULL" columns. I think you simply need to run the following query:

hello can you elaborate again on this error "field 'InsEst' doesn't have a default value" when pressing the payment button. I know there was a fix which I used years ago but the problem came back again and I don't remember what I should be doing. any ideas? much appreciated... Its been seven years ...

You can update to v15.4 if you are on active support with us otherwise v15.3 is where you will be held. If you have active support with us right now then v15.4 should be available to you right now (the beta version which shows up towards the bottom after clicking Check for Updates).
