You can set up a week the way you want to and then paste it over X amount of weeks into the future. You'll want to read the section titled Blockout Cut-Copy-Paste on this page. http://opendental.com/manual/blockouts.html

Re: conditions showing on treatment plan

Dr. Pruce,
Updating to v12.0.9 should help, it contains the fix "When signing treatment plan, the graphical tooth chart looked different than the chart module sometimes."

Re: New user having install problems on XP

I've seen this a time or two before but only with computers that have cannon printers... You should uninstall the current installation of MySQL and then do these steps to correctly install MySQL: 1. Launch the Open Dental Installer 2. Click the Update MySQL button at the top. 3. Copy the MySQL Serve...

Re: Beta Chart Error

Adding to the bugs list. In the mean time, you can leave the Proc Notes box checked and the filtering should work until the fix gets released.

Re: Tabbing through the Payment Screen

Added as a bug: "Payment window tabbing order was incorrect." It will be fixed with the release of v11.1.19 and v12.0.3.
The fixed order will start at the Amount box, go down to the Note section then back up to Payment Date.

Re: Payments after payment plans paid off

Correct, when the Balance column shows $0 a new payment should no longer check that check box by default. Does the patient have multiple payment plans? Are there any splits on any of the payments? (easiest way to tell is to double click on the payment plan and see if any have "(split)" in the descri...

Re: 11.1.4alpha Database Maint Error

I went ahead and fixed the particular section of Database Maint that was failing for you. There might be more so I'm installing a Linux box to do some testing, but since you seem to be compiling feel free to do an svn update and recompile (11.1.5 alpha) and hopefully that was the only issue with DBM.

Re: Sheet Security

If the local computer date and time is correct, not 3/3/2010 for instance, then you might want to restart the MySQL service (or restart your server whichever you prefer) which will refresh the internal clock of MySQL to match up with the system time. When you create the new lab slip double check the...

Re: Sheet Security

When the lab slip is created, the date at the top right of the window that pops up is filled in with current system date and time based off of the computer. Is your computer date and time correct?
(I've seen system clocks get reset or even CMOS batteries on mother boards go out which is why I ask)

Re: Query Change?

Typically the DATE() will fix the issue, but the TIME_FORMAT is a special case.
You might want to try something like this:

SELECT CAST(TIME_FORMAT(apt.AptDateTime, '%h %i %p') AS CHAR) AS 'Time'
