I vote for one master list that can include all or filter what you want...ie, planned, recall, broken, etc, so there is one place to go and where the patient will only be listed once instead of maybe on multiple lists at once. Also, if they have recently been contacted, have them not show again for ...

At first I thought I found a bug in the sheets, but now I think it may be the family module. No way to 12k...only spend 2K, get a good $1500 server and upgrade your network's switch to a gigabit one for $100 (Trend net on Amazon), get gigabit network cards in your machines that don't have them ($15-$30 on Amazon)and you will be much happier.

That is faster internet than most have. You don't need any special speed to run OD or do the conversion. All that data transfer is fairly small and efficient....I did it all with 1mb down/.3 up DSL six years ago. You may want faster for other reasons, but not to convert or run OD.

yes, same here as Hersheydmd, it appears as an alert in NEA fast attach after a short while...I don't have to enter manual data, but what doesn't work is attaching info in the claim window in OD and then having it send. That would be nice.

You can assign them on each appt. But you can do it for the pt as a whole by creating a custom pt field in the chart and record the assistant name or intials there. You can then have that show on every appt if you like (Appt Views setup) or just look at it in the chart.
