Complicated question. The simplest solution is to edit the estimate for the core, and override the percentage to 50%. You mean when you hit the New button in the Procedure Codes window? In the New Code window, right? Those types that you see there are only useful in that window. They just automate the other boxes in that window. So if you've already added the codes, then there's no point in adding another type, too...
