What is the advantage by treatment planning a patient, then adding that treatment planned procedures to "Planned Appointments"?

Isn't a treatment plan, by definition, planned appointments?

Remember, all other printing is fine. Only printing originating through OD is affected.
And, not only is print quality the issue. The Insurance Form image gets distorted such that the inputted data fields are all out of wack.

I don't know if this is a bug or not........

In the above example, if I choose tooth number 5 and select "missing", everything goes away (as expected).
However, when I choose teeth # 10, 11, 12 and 13 and select "missing" the crown graphics remain (the tooth, and Rct graphics are gone).
