I have noticed that many, many, many patients that are scheduled for hygiene (D1110,D00120) do not state that they are scheduled in their Family Module (SchedDate column is blank). Can anyone tell me why this is the case, and how I can fix this?

I don't understand why the clinical staff needs to be concerned with the next recall. That was my conclusion.

In that case, maybe you can give advice....
After I open the Anesth. Mod in patient's chart, and answer q's, I am not able to SAVE.
Only the CANCEL box is available to select.

It appears that the Billing Module has been modified.
There is now an option to exclude balances less than _________ from the list.
Once the blank is filled in, the zero balances are no longer present.

According to your tech, Rochelle, everything is set up properly.
I am set up as "Prophy".
When I go to "Make/Find Appointment", select "Schedule Recall', a note pops up stating "No Recall is Due".

It seems to work....however, it doesn't make me any happier. Apparently, there are roughly $872,000 of unused benefits remaining. I personally use both Auto Notes and the Default Notes. Auto Notes takes a fair amount of time to set up, but after that they are, they are easy to use. Remember, all other printing is fine. Only printing originating through OD is affected.
And, not only is print quality the issue. The Insurance Form image gets distorted such that the inputted data fields are all out of wack.

If I gave high noble gold crown a custom gold color, will it be the same color for all statuses?

I don't know if this is a bug or not........

In the above example, if I choose tooth number 5 and select "missing", everything goes away (as expected).
However, when I choose teeth # 10, 11, 12 and 13 and select "missing" the crown graphics remain (the tooth, and Rct graphics are gone).

OK, I picked a day, April 10th. According to my report, there is $203 "scheduled" and $3019 completed. I opened each patient's treat plan module and deleted everthing that was listed as TP.
I ran the report again, only to receive the same result.
