My long term assistant no longer works for me.
I have hired a new assistant.

Planned Appointments
Forgive me if this has already been covered......
What is the advantage by treatment planning a patient, then adding that treatment planned procedures to "Planned Appointments"?
Isn't a treatment plan, by definition, planned appointments?

Remember, all other printing is fine. Only printing originating through OD is affected.
And, not only is print quality the issue. The Insurance Form image gets distorted such that the inputted data fields are all out of wack.
Thanks for your reply.

However, when I choose teeth # 10, 11, 12 and 13 and select "missing" the crown graphics remain (the tooth, and Rct graphics are gone).

If you mean "scanning" the phosphor plates using Optime in a template, the answer is yes. Right next to it there should be an icon that says Capture Layout (it is a grid with...

To continue..... CliniView does not open automatically (as far as I know). I go to the Chart Module of the patient . I click on the CLINIVIEW button. That begins loading CliniView. A box appears where I select RUN. Then CliniView opens up to either "DO YOU WANT TO ADD PATIENT?" or to the existing pa...

I use the Sordex Optime Phosphor Plate scanner and Cliniview. It works great with OD. Here is my set up: Choose Apteryx in the Program Link Menu Place a check mark in ENABLE (I use a peer to peer network) so, In the Path Of File To Open it says: \\server\Apteryx\CliniView\CliniView In the optional c...
