Re: email problem

If either gives you the same response, then that usually means that Comcast does not recognize the username. The next step would be to try to telnet directly into the Comcast smtp server ...

Ouch. Just reread my post, and it's not quite clear.

I haven't encountered any bugs with 12.3.1 so far, the bugs I was referring to are the occasional I've encountered while running the latest beta versions of OD.

Sorry for the confusion.

That's right. We have been using Carbonite to backup our OD Database for well over a year now and it backs up OD without any problems when it is running (we've restored from these backups to confirm). The only hitch seems to be if you're running plugins - sometimes the file seems to be locked by Car...

Really thoughtful and useful discussion. Why doesn't the downloaded installer ever work?

If anything goes wrong with an upgrade, I'm given the option to download the installer. But this downloaded installer never works - it gives me the option to modify, repair or remove, but none of the necessary files ever get installed. Am I doing something wrong?

I think there's a bug when printing Rx's if the Addr2 field is filled out.

It should print like:

Instead it prints like:
