Filing Code - where used?
At the bottom of the Insurance Plan Information section, below the Other Fee Schedules, there's a dropdown list named Filing Type. Can someone tell me what this is used for? I didn't find any information about it in the user manual or on this forum. Thanks!

Is there a way to have multiple codes for the same procedure using different fees? I tried entering two records with the same procedure code and it wasn't allowed. For example: An elderly patient has only a few upper teeth left, so rather than charging a full prophy we'd charge a "prophy-upper" at a...
