Also noticed that the D9986 is in black text.

Broken, Cancelled and Failed Appointments
How are we differentiating
BA (break appointment day of),
CA (break appointment with 24 hours notice) and
FA ( didn't show up, no call)
appointments in version 15.2.3
They all seem to be lumped under Broken Appointments.

You understand that the report is from the time you first created the adjustment.
If you want to include previous months you must go back and manually recode the old accounts as 'Bad Debt'.
Might not be a bad idea because then you will have an accurate report as to the total dollar amount.

Query for patient copay
I need a query that will return the following for a time period and specific insurance plan. Patient name, date of service and copay actually paid for a specific carrier such as MetLife. I can get the insurance payments but not the patient payment(s). Can't seem to come up with it in the 605 example...

We use it for referrals but not reminders. Service is dubious at best.

Re: Inputting Insurance Fee Schedules
This may sound daunting for a newbie but it isn't. Input your standard schedule first. Then the first PPO fee schedule by just going right down the line of fees from the paper fee schedule say MetLife to OD. In setting up additional PPO's you can copy the first one and then just edit where necessary...

It is possible to have different colors for different crown types? Now we use red for tx plan and blue for completed for P/M crowns. Works fine. No problem. Just one problem remains. This does correctly show who had an adult prophy 7 to 8 months ago or whatever interval you put in. But it does not take into account if they have had one since then and therefore not be due again or for those patients that have been in in six months and one day. Been fiddl...

Re: Adult Prophy Query by date
Next step in to incorporate your date interval code.
Should be simple enough.
The idea is to get a report that gives a list of patients who are 6, 9, 12 and 18 months over due for their prophies
Run it the first of the month and you have a list to contact by post card, letter email or whatever.

It should be List/Referrals check the hidden box at the top.
Once this is checked the specific referral will not show in the dropdown menus but is still
present in Setup/Sheets

Anyway to hide them?

I think he means like and excel schedule for employees with their time in, time out and days off listed by days worked.
At least this is what I make of it. And if I am correct, no OD doesn't do this.
