Re: Checking Frequencies or Issues Before Financial Arrangem

That would be awesome! and it would really help us! Being that you are working on it maybe if anyone out there could help brainstorm to offer any tips on best way to make it work. When attached to an appointment would work or even when attached to a tx plan to be created would be nice since when tx ...

Checking Frequencies or Issues Before Financial Arrangement

No matter how much I train staff etc to catch potential insurance issues before we do the work, it seems that things are always slipping through the cracks. One example is doing a crown but it has only been 6 years and i...

Re: XCharge Experience/Feedback

dont use xcharge. I would uses dentalxchange. Dentalxchange has been great but had bad experiences with xcharge. They are way more difficult to use and their contract is pure evil. I paid them for 2 extra years because of fine print and being lied to by people on the phone.....

Re: If it's not covered...

I would really like a solution to this....... Maybe 5 or 6 years ago this was not a big issue but now i think over 30 states have passed this law. I am still charging patients the discounted rate or contracted fee even with insurance is maxed because i cannot figure out a way or system to easily do ...

Re: Open Dental Cloud....

I am trying to figure out what the best route is going forward..... The cloud option seems nice and would probably scale up the easiest. I have three practices and am looking at centralizing things and merging with a friend that has 4 practices. I would the. Like a setup that could easily scale to l...

How to fill out a form and look up patient info?

So i have a chart prep form that I am trying to digitize. This requires the staff to open up a form and then research things in the chart/images/insurance etc to fill out the form. However, as far as i can see.... Once a report or form or anything is open in open dental you cant keep that open and l...

Re: Open Dental Cloud....

Ok great I appreciate it! I would assume if open dental could offer a turn key solution for this it would be quite popular..... It would certainly be a lot easier than the web version....

I am tech savvy but dont know if i would want to be responsible for everything there. Are there any companies that help get this going and help with this if there are issues? Any idea on how the speed is?

How to keep track of In House Discount Plan

I am setting up an in house discount plan and am wondering how a lot of you guys have entered that into your systems to keep track of things like, if they pay monthly/yearly, when their expiration/renewal date is, if they have used up their cleanings etc. I have 2 plans with 2 different fee schedule...

Assigning an assistant to a patient

Is there a way to assign an assistant to a patient to help continuity of care? ? ? It seems providers are just for dentists and hygienists right?
