Re: Landscape vs Portrait

Had this issue! If you include the unearned income column in the report it will print in landscape b/c there are too many columns for portrait. Trick is to unselect this option and then you will be back to portrait view. drtmz Tom, you are a god! I did as you said, did the job! THANKS, Tom!!! I am ...

Landscape vs Portrait

When I print my full month report for production/income, as well as my full year report, it prints in landscape. Up to a few months ago, all reports were portrait, as I prefer them. For the life of me, I cannot figure out why those TWO reports only print in landscape. I can't find settings to correc...

Re: Billing Format

Something that might make it easier for your office is to change the settings for pay splits to Auto Split Only. Then when you create a payment, you can simply accept the suggested pay splits. Also when you create statements, if you check the box for "Intermingle family members", the patients will s...

Billing Format

I don't know if we are alone in this, but we find the billing/posting system a lot of work and often confusing. I would like to eliminate the breakdown by family members and just have a running total for a family. Post charges, the member they are for, and then payments on the account, without havin...

The New Billing Statements

We really like the new statement format!
Thank you, Jordan, for re-configuring...
The new bill is just so readable--both for us and for the patients.
Logical and clear, without having to decipher.

Great job!

Just wanted to let you know......

More later, but quickly, we LIKE items with $0 charge posted. I want folks to know what we do for no fee. In our office this is pretty important.

We've discussed the statement and here is our wish-list, Jordan: 1. Upcoming patient appointments automatically print on statements, as opposed to manually. 2. Format the statement so that more info fits on a single page so as to avoid multiple-page statements. 3. Batch-billing statements have very ...

We are compiling our suggestions for the rehabilitated statement and I'll have them submitted Wednesday after work. But yes, Jordan, we like the real-time posting of the insurance payments on the statement.
The analogy of check book register is good here.

Jordan, overhauling the billing statement parameters will be a huge development.

Billing Statements

Jordan, thanks for your response! Going to a three column format would be a fabulous development. We love OD, but the billing statements have just been an issue for us and for our patients. I say three columns for this reason. I just asked a neighbor for his EZ Dental statement, and it is 2-column, ...

Billing Statements to be Overhauled

Hi... We are having a real issue with the appearance of the statements. We find them confusing and almost unreadable. I had a patient complain the other day that he can't figure out the bills; that he puts his charges and payments on his own spreadsheet so he can keep track. I agree with him. Our ol...

Well, almost there.
I went to Definitions>Appointment colors.
Clicked on the background I wanted to change.
It changed on the Appointment Color screen.
So far so good.
But, when I click OK>Close, the appointment background doesn't change!
What else do I need to do?

Thanks!

Appointment Schedule Colors

Hi, I'm trying to change the background colors of our appointment schedule; now it is royal blue and the schedule is hard to read when printed out. I just cannot figure out how to alter the colors.
