Do any of you know why we can't share ireports yet? Currently is there any other product being used that works better. I'm ready to invest a lot of time with crystal reports or another software program to really get some good reports from opendental. Also does anyone know where I need to go to get a...

one of our insurance carriers is requiring that notes be signed or that there be a digital signature. Topaz sig pads could be used, but as far as I can tell if I leave a note when I'm signed in, my user name is recorded next to the note - is that sufficient?

Has anyone figured out how to tweek this to send text messages to patients?

This topic is somewhat old; however, I too think that texting within Open Dental is a very needed feature...where are we at with automating texting within Open Dental?

Nice idea guys; however I'm running into a problem setting up the autodialer to call the home phone..and it may be a google voice issue. when I try it - click the button, my office phone rings and I get the following recorded message from google voice, "this number is not available for call return"....
