Is there a way to get trended reports out of OD? I am looking for a report that shows the monthly production, collection, Patient A/R, Insurance A/R etc over the last 12 months.

Thanks, Jordan. I just need the patient information. Family / Guarantor should be fine... I am trying to get a list of patient balances that the front desk can use to contact patients without having the big list with all insurance payment outstanding. Your help is much appreciated.

We just started using recall emails (fairly new to OD) and when we sent a few test emails from the recall list, the message went without Subject line and with no text in the message body. We had set up the emails in the Recall Setup window.. Am I missing something ?
