The rectangle needs to be larger than the "x" checkbox. Try making the checkbox 13x13 and the rectangle 15x15 like the sample sheet (and make sure the x is entirely inside of the box). This may be a great idea. We have auto notes set up for appt entires (exam, composite, ext, etc) and phone triage (consult, trauma,pain). Works very efficiently now. Only thing is if you skip past a prompt or miss a check box, you need to cancel, then restart. So this should save time and ensure acc...

Figured it out with support:
GradeSchool is no longer a valid field. It has been replaced by SiteDescription. They may delete GradeSchool so no errors occur.

Thinking that a W on the mesial surface would be difficult to see. We write PE at apices of partially erupted teeth. With OD we will be using the movements instead of drawing on charts.

I did change the paint type. Could get it to show BU, but not RCT. Just need to show pulpectomy like rct. Was on with support this week, and we found primary teeth still can't show RCT.

We will be converting to OD very soon and looking for the best eClaim service provider. We submit about 100-150 claims per week, and we rarely ever need attachments. Also, would love to have benefits data downloaded and autopopulated into OD. Is that even possible? Many thanks in advance.
