Has anyone tried it yet?
I'll admit the installation process is overwhelming for me, so I've not been able to try it.
Jinfan, any chance the preview screenshots on the website could link to larger views? I'm not really able to see detail of what's currently shown.

I am truly sorry to hear of your situation - that is horrible what they did. I would recommend documenting EVERYTHING that happened and then dispute the charge with your credit card company as well as reporting this to the FBI. I can't imagine a CC company allowing the charge to stick for what sound...
