I use implant paint type. It shows behind the teeth a little. If we ever see implants under teeth on the chart we know that is gum graft area. That way we don't have to draw it in every time.

Is it possible to write HTML in your email templates and have that process correctly when run through gmail coming from OD? The only way I can think of adding any pictures or anything is to do it via the signature setting in Gmail. Any advice?

I see that req# 429 is for allowing html email. I would like to request the feature of sending images as part of the email body and not just attachments. I assume the HTML feature would take care of this, if not I'll add my request.

I use syncback instead of Karen's. Karens would mess up my jpg's and takes forever! Try the free version of syncback for much better accuracy and speed.

Maybe have the person who enters insurance adjustments do it only on a specific day or something, then track that time so if anything happens outside of that window it would be an obvious red flag. Just one thought.
