Associate production and collections

Hi all,
I need a few reports to help my OM.
Trying to find out why collections are low for my associate, and pull a report of the patients she has seen, if insurance has paid and how much, and if patient has paid and how much.

Know of any good reports that will narrow this down for us?

Thanks

few query questions

Hi all,
Few query questions:
Best report to find out the number of patients seen in a date range. I don't want unique patients, I want total # of appointments. I am looking for past appointments.
Also, any way to find a query for appointments in the future with similar info.

I've always thought the referral methodology was silly. If I'm going to email a referral, why attach it? Why not just have the email serve as the referral?
