We have noticed that OD won't generate a patient bill if there is an outstanding insurance claim. Is this the way it is supposed to work?

I have my referral slip set up in Sheets and it pulls in everything I ask it to, just not date of birth or age and was wondering why, in the Family section the patient does have an age and birthdate entered.

Thank you, although, I found out that if I just go to the treatment plan module and click update fees, then this will do it easily. If, however, you have a fee that has been agreed upon, you better SAVE the treatment plan first before you hit update fees, then you can have the default treatment plan...

Hello

I increased my fees for the new year and the program handled it fine. Anything new we add has the increase, but anything old or that was already scheduled has the old fee. Is there any way to change this?

Re: How to keep track of HIPAA and other forms

The way I handle this issue is just add a folder to the Images module and call it HIPAA and just scan it into the folder with the date. I do this for the Medical Hx, any consent forms etc.... Incidentally, does anyone know how often a patient needs to sign the HIPAA form, I thought just once and done.

While on the subject of Time Clock. It would be more user friendly if when a person enters their password to get into OD, a box pops up (like in MOGO) that asks if you want to clock in, Yes or No. When closing off the program the box also pops up asking if ready to clock out. Any thoughts?
