Re: Aging Report

we are only updating aging reports when we do statements (30 days). Should I change the setting to update accounts everytime we look at them? what do most people do?

Re: Aging Report

I checked, and I do have two, but one is archived with a "0" balance. I can not delete the second one as it says it has insurance attached to it, but there isn't one attached. Any suggestions?

Re: ? of procedure not getting attached to claim properly

We have had the same thing happen. We use Tesia so we submit the claim immediately at the front desk. When the error is caught we delete the claim and resubmit which usually fixes it, but it sometimes confuses the insurance companies. Also, we have several accounts where the red exclamation mark sho...

Aging Report

I just printed my aging report to check on the accounts. I have a husband and wife which show up as two separate balances neither of which is the actual balance owed. Any ideas on why this would happen?

Production

I have added a Hygienist as a provider, given her an appointment color, but on that day we show $0 production, but should have close to $800 for her. What do I need to do to show her production ont he appt "daily production" total?
Thanks

Kodak 8000

I have also been using the Kodak 8000C for about a year now. It works great with OD. Just my 2 cents worth! :D

recall

When we schedule the patients next recall appointment, it automatically puts fluoride in for everyone, including adults. How can I edit that so I can take out the fluoride. It is skewing my planned appt numbers.

Tesia

So will the new version of OD (5.0) work with any clearinghouse or just Tesia? Right now I go to each website or claimsconnect to manually put in claims but I am getting pretty close to "e claiming" claims. I looked at dental exchange but was wondering about Tesia. I actually had not heard of it bef...

We scan and shread, but laminating sure sounds like a great idea! It would also cut costs on the paper that they fill out and then we scan and shred. Might even save a tree!
